This company has been and is still providing Process Plants, Refineries included, with best-in-class maintenance and equipment and spare parts supplies. She also co-founded a Process Engineering and Consulting Business. Here, she provides the Oil and Gas Industry with best-in-class Process Engineering Services while Consulting for needy businesses.
Miracle is an accomplished Administrator with proven human and materials management skills.
Years ago, her passion for children and family virtues turned her attention to childhood education. This was even more impelled by her experiences in motherhood. She is a mother of four. Her children’s needs and the quality of educational care they got and are receiving inspired her to venture into childhood education.
She joined the Childcare industry in the first quarter of 2021 and has been hard at work to make available a high quality and affordable Childcare facility to the community.

I am Ruchika Sehgal, supervisor at YMMC. I bring with me 16 years of childcare experience as a Director in the field. I am a Bachelors in Education and Master trainer in Computer application. My education gained me my RECE certification and I see myself working in the child care industry long term. I am passionate about creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children where they can thrive and reach their full potential. I am an Indian classical dancer and pursued my interest in the area that started as a hobby. I love discussions on spiritualism and meditation.

With her broad experience, Latoya is a deeply valued administrative team member known for making key connections, building careers, leading inclusive teams, and leveraging her GTA network across Daycares to connect people with opportunities. Latoya has managed 6 daycares in a 10 year span ensuring that all regulations are met and books are properly maintained and updated to Ministry standards.

Sukhpreet Kaur is a Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) and a passionate preschool teacher at Young Miracles Montessori and Child Care. She completed her two-year Early Childhood Education program and is committed to create a warm, safe and engaging learning environment where every child feels valued, supported , and encouraged to learn. With a strong interest in early childhood development, Sukhpreet enjoys planning meaningful, play-based learning experiences that support children’s social, emotional, physical, cognitive, and language development. She believes that every child is unique and learns in their own way, and she strives to build positive relationships with children while encouraging their curiosity, creativity, independence and confidence.
As a preschool teacher, Sukhpreet is dedicated to supporting children through their early years by providing opportunities to explore, discover, and learn through play. She values positive communication and collaboration with families and colleagues and looks forward to
